Josh and I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who helped with our big day yesterday. It was wonderful. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was! 

Everything ran smoothly thanks to the staff on that day, but a big thanks to Kate who has answered my endless stress emails, and has been wonderful to work with. 

Thanks again to everyone, Mr & Mrs Wilkinson. 

From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank yourself and all the staff from Estate Tuscany enough! Everyone from the kitchen staff, the waiters, even to the cleaners and after hours staff (coming in the middle of the night as we lost our key!) – absolutely everyone was so fantastic and I could not flaw you guys at all.

Special mention to yourself, Casey, Kath and Adrian, Head Chef as well as the gorgeous ladies at reception. Not once was I stressed, nothing was a hassle for you and everyone went truly above and beyond.

I didn’t feel like just another bride with just another wedding, I felt like I was respected as a person in my own sense with genuine helping hands all round.

My guests have continuously reminded me how much fun they had, how incredible the staff were, how AMAZING the food was and how beautiful the venue is! Some of my guests have actually stayed there before and a few have mentioned they will be back!

Special thank you too for looking after my flower girl and her Dad when they had to stay back in their room as she was sick – bringing them their meals from the reception may not seem like a big deal to you but to know we were all so well looked after was truly comforting.

I already have raved about you to anyone who will listen but please feel free to use any of my words (understandably in short form if needed haha) as a reference on social media.

I knew my wedding day wouldn’t go off without a hitch (and yes there were a couple), but one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life was having my wedding at Estate Tuscany. You were all perfect in every sense of the word and we will truly never be able to thank you enough!

Even for after the wedding when you kept care of my Great-Grandmother’s crystal plate until I could collect! You honestly continue to amaze me in every sense.

I Just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of James and I for the amazing job you did with our wedding. Everything was just perfect, all the guests are still raving about the food and service and are saying its the best wedding they have ever been to!

We could not fault anything on the day it was exactly what I had imagined and more, everything came together beautifully and you made it such an easy and fun process!

We were so happy with how our wedding turned out it was amazing and perfect. The conservatory room was so spacious and beautiful to get ready in for bride and bridesmaids. the ceremony and reception area was just amazing and everyone commented on the location and the view of the vineyards. I’m so glad we got our outdoor reception as we’d hoped for and the most perfect day/night (weather wise). Everything just fell into place. The food was perfect, I’ve had so many people tell me how amazing it was ! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.

Estate Tuscany made our wedding magical. Everything was sensational. If ever there was an event that went smoothly, this was it. Kirsty, Kate, Lauren, Emilio, and the Dream Team, you know you are dear to our hearts. Thank you for being so wonderful to work with professionally, and so wonderful hosting our wedding. Your level of service should set the bar.

Even though Pete and I knew how amazing the venue is, our guests were just blown away on arrival. Everyone was so relaxed and comfortable on the property, soaking up the beauty of the surrounds. Guests were well occupied – there was something to do all day. Plus the Hunter Valley offers so much inspiration to go out and explore.

Those who stayed at the hotel, including us, would probably move in if we could. Nothing was too much trouble. The lovely Mill staff even went to fetch a specific bottle of wine from a neighbouring cellar for one of our groomsmen.

Wet weather didn’t even dampen spirits. “It’s gonna happen,” says optimistic Trish, referring to a ceremony in the courtyard. Alas. But the weather back up was quickly in place without any delay, and the alcove set up was equally divine and true to the theme.

When we saw the Mill all set up for our reception, we were stunned – fairytale like. Every request while planning our day was met with positivity and came together brilliantly. Kate and Kirsty know they completed the set up for us, organising our last minute fairy lights. The result was just magical, and romantic. So many compliments to the kitchen, the food was incredible.

Our wedding was a weekend to remember. Thank you all so much.

We have had so many people tell us it’s the best venue they have ever been for a wedding and everyone has commented on the amazing food!  The best food they have had at a wedding.
 Even the photographer commented on how beautiful the venue was and the atmosphere.


We will be recommending you and Tuscany to anyone who is travelling to the Hunter and we will be back!

We both just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Tuscany who helped from the time of booking to the actual wedding weekend you guys really made it easy ( Kate your a star !!! ) we were so glad you were there with the ladies in the conservatory amidst all the chaos we have clearly seen in the video which we now have LOL, Veils falling off, bouquets being forgotten etc … it’s obvious your a seasoned pro at all this & a godsend on the day.

Thanks again through to all the staff at Tuscany there are too many names to remember & we don’t want to risk forgetting anyone as you all were instrumental in making the day by far and wide the best day of both our lives.

In saying that we really would really like to throw a HUGE thank you out to The Mill Restaurant in particular to Lauren & Emilio who not just on our Wedding day in which they were amazing in every way and the food spectacular obviously! Which is a benchmark they have set to their credit but also each time when we have stayed & have enjoyed their company in the restaurant they both make us feel very welcome Lauren always offering informed suggestions about the menu & wine’s to match & Emilio always coming out at some stage to say hi and have a chat so we look forward to seeing you both again soon & would like to once again thank you for absolutely nailing it on the day.

We look forward to coming back later this year as we will every year as Tuscany is just such a magic place to unwind & take in those breathtaking views not to mention one of our all-time favourites. Thanks again guys.
