Congratulations to Angela Campbell, and her sensational team, being awarded a Hat from the AGFG (Australian Good Food Guide) – Award Winner 2020. This award holds the highest accolade in our industry within Australia.

Each year, The Australian Good Food Guide’s Chef Hats are awarded to discerning Chefs around Australia (see: AGFG History). These awards are the result of careful deliberation. Inspectors appointed by AGFG dine anonymously. Their reviews and the votes of the dining public, who generously send in their comments throughout the year, determine these results.

“Food and wine is a way of life; creating a menu with locally sourced produce and wines delivering Hunter Valley provincial dining. My philosophy for the food and beverage operation has never to want a Hat, rather we do what we do to offer our guests a dining experience that is authentic, with consistency of food and beverage served with passion.
